• CSR Ernströmgruppen

  • At Ernströmgruppen, we consider strong ethics and morals as important to a long-term approach as our responsibility to minimise our negative environmental impact. This not only applies within the companies, but also when choosing business partners, producers and suppliers.

We have divided our corporate social responsibility into the following three areas:

    • We are currently supporting

    • Cornelius-Ernströmgruppen Climate Scholarship
    • Cornelius-Ernströmgruppen's Climate Scholarship

    • In connection with Pontus Cornelius' resignation as CEO of Ernströmgruppen, the owner family instituted a scholarship as a thank you for Pontus' efforts in developing Ernströmgruppen into what it is today - a prosperous industrial conglomerate that strives for a digital and sustainable future.

Pontus' wish has been to, together with the next generation of owners, annually appoint several scholarship recipients, preferably from the Gothenburg School of Business and Chalmers University of Technology, who are passionate about the task of working towards a sustainable future.

Applications for the scholarship will be published via the Gothenburg School of Economics and Chalmers University of Technology starting in 2021.

    • Swedens tapwater has very high quality and yet it is more and more common to purchase bottled water. This is not sustainable. We want to take a stand against this unnecessary usage of our natural resources.
